The European Commission, Directorate-General for Climate Action announced the first Call for Proposals for carbon capture and storage projects and innovative renewable energy under the NER300 Initiative. The closing date for project sponsors to submit application forms to their Member States was Wednesday 9th February 2011.

The fund will be administered by DG Climate. More information, about this call may be found on the DG Climate website.
